Bergamo Center is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Hospitality & Marketing Manager to oversee the adult guest experience from initial inquiry through event completion while leading the Center's marketing and communications efforts. This position combines exceptional hospitality, relationship building, event coordination, and creative marketing to promote Bergamo's mission as a Catholic retreat and conference center. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating welcoming experiences for our guests.

PRN/Per diem (As needed) Positions

These positions are currently filled. However, you may submit a resume that we will keep on file should an opening arise.

Hospitality Staff members serve groups attending events at Bergamo. Tasks include answering the phone, checking guests in, and assisting guests with any problems or questions, light cleaning, moving furniture, security details, and minor office duties. Hours are primarily on weekends and some week night evenings.
