DESCRIPTION

“Busy” has become second nature to most folks in today’s fast-paced world of never ending work, family obligations and extracurricular commitments. Many yearn and need time alone to collect inner thoughts, reconnect with God and appreciate the gifts we are given each day.

RETREAT PROCESS

Bergamo has designed a retreat to fit even the busiest of schedules. Our new online retreat requires just 30 minutes a day for 5 days and is done completely in the privacy of your home. Participants will make the retreat via computer through a series of reflective exercises, thought provoking questions, and prayers. The week is designed to help busy people make time for themselves, deepen their spirituality and give quality time to God who is always their for us.

Retreats begin Monday and conclude Friday. Retreat content will be emailed to participants daily for 5 consecutive days. Each day, a new set of exercises and reflection questions will be sent. At the end of the week, an evaluation will be forwarded to complete along with the last set of exercises. At any time throughout the retreat week participants may correspond with the retreat writer or the Bergamo program director via email with any questions, clarification or guidance. Participants have the option to correspond with other retreatants for purposes of dialogue about the week’s retreat content if they so choose, however, this is not mandatory, and completely at the discretion of the individual participant.

• 30 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time for 5 days

• Journal or writing paper

REGISTRATION

Registration is required to participate, and the cost is a donation of $15. After registration is confirmed and the donation is received, participants will have a link forwarded to their email address with the retreat content and instructions to get started.
